Get Involved

There are numerous opportunities to volunteer and get involved with environmental protection in your local community.

We welcome the involvement of people of all ages and backgrounds.

You can help us in many ways, for example: attend our regular working bees, carry out bird surveys, plant and tend to native plants, help with the stoat trapping and monitoring programme.

You may even be able to offer a particular area of expertise or become even more involved and join our active committee. Many hands and small steps get the job done.

Volunteering is not only interesting and rewarding but it is also satisfying to know that you are making a difference. As a volunteer you meet people of all ages, develop skills and find new friendships.

If you have a good idea then we are always keen to hear about upcoming opportunities and new projects.

Check out our projects on the home page or contact us if you would like to volunteer.
